1. What We Deliver

When you use Chirai to generate an application, you receive a complete, production-ready software package delivered digitally:

  • A complete Next.js production application (30–40 files, TypeScript throughout)
  • A live deployment URL hosted on Vercel, accessible immediately
  • A provisioned Supabase PostgreSQL database with your schema, RLS policies, and migrations applied
  • Working authentication flows (login, register, session management, protected routes)
  • API routes for every data model in your application
  • Access to download or fork your generated source code — you own it fully

All deliverables are accessible via your Chirai dashboard or delivered by email notification upon completion.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Chirai's AI generation pipeline is fully automated and typically completes within minutes of your request being submitted.

Generation begins Your prompt is processed, architecture is planned, and file generation starts immediately.

Build & QC All files are generated in dependency order, QC-checked, and auto-repaired. Database is provisioned on Supabase with migrations applied.

Live URL ready Your app is deployed to Vercel. You receive a live, shareable URL. Users can sign up and use the app immediately.

During high-demand periods or for particularly complex applications, generation may take up to 45 minutes. You will be notified by email when your app is ready.

3. Access & Availability

Your generated apps and deployment URLs are accessible immediately upon delivery. Your Chirai dashboard serves as the central hub for all generated applications.

  • Generated apps are accessible for as long as your account is active
  • Post-cancellation: apps remain accessible for 30 days, then may be deleted
  • Your source code can be downloaded at any time — it belongs to you with no lock-in
  • Third-party services (Vercel, Supabase) may have their own availability terms

4. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If your app fails to generate or deploy due to a technical issue on our side:

  • We will notify you by email and attempt to resolve automatically
  • If unresolved within 5 business days, you are eligible for a full refund or a re-generation credit
  • Contact us at founder@chirai.dev with your generation ID for fast resolution

5. No Physical Shipping

Chirai does not deal in physical goods of any kind. There is no physical delivery, no courier, no packaging, and no shipping charges associated with any Chirai purchase. All services are rendered digitally over the internet. No shipping charges are applicable to any Chirai transaction.

6. Geographic Availability

Chirai's services are available worldwide, subject to applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Users in India are served in compliance with Indian IT regulations and applicable RBI guidelines for digital services. We reserve the right to restrict access in certain regions if required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
