Chirai ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered application generation platform operated at chirai.dev. We provide a service that allows users to generate full-stack web applications — including frontend, backend, database, authentication, and live deployment — from natural-language descriptions.

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website at chirai.dev and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Service").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using Chirai, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

3. Account Registration

To access beta features, you may be required to register an account or submit an application via our waitlist form. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

Chirai offers paid plans for access to the app generation service. Payment terms, pricing, and available plans are displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time.

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
  • Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment providers
  • Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees
  • Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use Chirai to:

  • Generate applications intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others
  • Build tools for spam, phishing, or unauthorized data collection
  • Create content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our underlying models or systems
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission
  • Circumvent any technical limitations, rate limits, or access controls

6. Intellectual Property

Your apps: You own the code generated for your apps. Chirai grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, modify, and deploy applications generated through the Service. You are free to host them anywhere — no lock-in.

Our platform: The Chirai platform, website, branding, and underlying systems remain the exclusive intellectual property of Chirai. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform or its components.

Your inputs: You retain ownership of any descriptions or prompts you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Third-Party Services

Generated apps may integrate third-party services such as Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Chirai is not responsible for the availability, performance, or practices of third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times
  • Generated applications will be fit for any specific business purpose
  • The Service will meet your requirements in every circumstance

You assume full responsibility for evaluating the suitability of any generated application for your use case.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chirai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Generated code you have already downloaded remains yours.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. These Terms comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable rules and amendments thereunder.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
